The Sinyavino complex near St Petersburg consists of 139 comfortable apartments, offices, parking facilities and a playground. The foundation of the complex is a monolithic brick building equipped with modern engineering systems, including an automated gas boiler.

Complete solutions for gas and water
The Viega press system was chosen for the pipelines: for the in-house pipeline, a system of copper Profipress G, and for hot and cold water, the Sanpress Inox system of alloy stainless steel.
Viega Profipress G is Russia's only certified gas distribution system for multi-storey buildings. Copper pipes are connected firmly with press fittings made from copper and bronze with seals of HNBR. In Germany, Profipress G can be applied for virtually all systems with flammable media: gas - according to the standards of the DVGW (German Association for Gas and Water), liquefied gas - under the rules of the DVFG (Association of German LPG Specialists), diesel fuel - according to the standards of the DIBT (German Institute of Construction Equipment).
Viega Sanpress Inox is a press system of pipes and fittings in stainless steel, which is not subject to corrosion, has high strength and durability. In Sinyavino, it is used for the installation of pipelines with a total length of about 1,900 metres.
